A small timber-clad extension to a semi-detached house in Lewes.

Rather uncharacteristically this kitchen-dining enlargement is arranged to the front of the house, designed to let the interior open to the lush front garden of a pair of semis set well back from the road.  

​

A subtle change in the line of the front wall allows it to act both as a termination for the entrance path, guiding the visitor to the front door at the side, and keeping some privacy for those in the dining area.
